CHARLESBRIDGE WELCOMES GARDY JEAN FRANCOIS AS NEW RETAIL SALES & SERVICE MANAGER
Charlesbridge MHC, the Mutual Holding Company for Dedham Savings and South Shore Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Gardy Jean Francois as its new Retail Sales & Service Manager. With over 15 years of experience in retail management, Gardy brings a wealth of expertise and a solutions-oriented approach to the role.
Gardy will be instrumental in implementing innovative strategies designed to elevate our client experience. In addition to driving the growth of the Retail division, he will serve as a mentor and coach, supporting the development of Retail colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence.
Throughout his impressive career, Gardy has held leadership positions at Citizens, PNC, and most recently Rockland Trust. He has consistently demonstrated versatility and a proven track record of achieving goals across diverse banking models. Gardy’s passion for building a positive workplace culture, mentoring others, and supporting the community sets him apart as a dynamic leader.
